The following Terms of Sale applies to both U.S. and Canadian customers:

Because you proceeded with your order, you agree that you have authorized this transaction. You further agree that you will be responsible for full payment of this order, plus an administrative fee, if you contact your credit card company or PayPal to reverse the charge on your bank statement after receiving the product you ordered. Other actions that you can take are found in our site’s main Return Policy.

Shipment delivery: Orders are normally shipped with “no signature required,”unless we choose to add a “signature required” on the package(s) because the order exceeds $75, is shipped to an address that differs from the credit card billing address, is shipped to an unconfirmed PayPal address, is shipped to a P.O. Box address, or the shipping address cannot be validated through our shipping program.

Import notice to Canadian customers: At this time, USPS delivery to Canada doesn’t offer the “signature required” option. We may, depending on the circumstances of the order, send you a “signature waiver” by email for you to sign before we process your order. We may also use UPS, which offers the “signature required” option to ship the order if we are unable to secure a “signature waiver.”

We are not responsible for any package(s) delivered without a signature, nor are we responsible for any package(s) stolen after delivery.

For UPS packages that require a signature, the UPS driver will leave a UPS InfoNotice. The notice lists important information, such as when they will make another delivery attempt, whether someone must be available to sign for the package, or that the package will be delivered to a UPS Access Point location near you. UPS may also leave instructions to call 1-800-833-9943 so you can pick up the package yourself. As the recipient, you can change the delivery destination of the package or authorize the driver to release the package. In either case, UPS or C.R.S., Inc., will not be responsible for the package if you choose to change the way the package is delivered after we have shipped the package with “signature required.

UPS will hold the package for 5 business days before returning the package to us. If, after we receive your package, you ask us to resend it, we will charge you for reshipment and for any shipping expenses that UPS charged us for return of the package. We will contact you by email or phone to make arrangements for the shipping payment. When UPS leaves the first UPS InfoNotice, please follow their instructions or call UPS at 1-800-833-9943 so you can receive your package in a timely manner.

If you are the type of customer who receives lots of packages, especially those requiring a signature, consider signing with UPS My Choice so you can get delivery alerts and manage your deliveries.

For USPS packages that require a signature, the postal carrier will leave a notice to notify you that an attempt was made to deliver your package. Although the Postal Service could leave up to three notices, consider the first one the only one that you will receive. Make arrangements to pick up your package at your local Post Office after you get that first notice. If your package is returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to send the package to you again. If you don’t want us to reship the package, we will credit back the cost of the product only; shipping will not be reimbursed.

If your package is returned to us because you refused to pick up your package and you are expecting a refund, be advised that the refund will be for the product only, minus the original shipping and handling cost, return shipping cost, and a 50% restocking fee. It can take up three weeks before we know the amount of the return shipping cost. After we receive this information, a refund will be issued.

If you call us or send us an email that you refuse to pick up your package or you refuse to redirect the delivery of the package because we placed a “signature required ” on the package(s) as outlined previously, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost placed on the package by the carrier involved, and a 50% restocking fee. In addition, if you contact your credit card company or PayPal to dispute this transaction because you don’t want to make arrangements to sign, redirect, or pick up the package, be aware that you will still be responsible for the original shipping and handling cost, return shipping cost, a 50% restocking fee, and administrative fee as outlined in the Credit Card Disputes policy found under the POLICIES heading.

If you are an Canadian customer, you are responsible for paying the duties, taxes, and/or any other fees associated with any products you ordered in the United States for importation into your country. C.R.S., Inc., is not responsible for any fees required on any package being processed and cleared by your country’s custom officials. Any customer who refuses to pay the required fees to import any international package shipped by C.R.S., Inc., will be responsible for the return shipping costs placed on the package by the carrier involved.

In addition, if you contact your credit card company or PayPal to dispute a transaction with C.R.S., Inc., because you refused the package due to your country’s custom requirements to pay duties, taxes, and/or other fees, you will still be held responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and the administrative fee as outlined in the Credit Card Disputes policy found under the POLICIES heading.

In most cases, when we place a “signature required” on your order, it was placed there to protect all parties involved and to follow our policies as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Your transaction will appear on your bank statement as “CRS INC ECOMMERCE 877-378-0065 .”
